If online shopping were an Olympic sport…

… I’d totally win gold!

Been shopping up a storm in anticipation for our move back to SA – snapping up some great bargains for Baby Bird especially – you just dont get the variety and good prices back home like you do here.

While online sprees are not entirely new to me, shopping for a baby has reinvented the experience – it’s so much fun to play dress up with a little girl! My latest retail obsession is Joules, much to the detriment of my bank account…

I adore their modern floral vibe – for little girls and big girls alike! – and their general “countryside and equestrian” influence. Think polo shirts, gilets and wellies in bright, bold colours and patterns. Lovely.

This is what I recently ordered from their website for Addison – cant wait for it to arrive – too gorgeous:

The way they package their shipments alone is enough to make me swoon (such a sucker for packaging!) – just look at how the slip slops I ordered for myself arrived this morning – beautiful print on the plastic envelope and a big yellow grosgrain bow, stunning:

For those who ‘eek’ at the Joules prices – the best thing about shopping online in the UK is that you can usually snap up a bargain on eBay. Some of the stuff is used but generally in good condition (when it comes to the baby stuff though, “used” literally means worn once or twice at the rate they grow!) but you can also find brand new never-worn items (current/last season – with/without their original packaging and tags) at a steal!

Like so – last season rompers/grows for the little lady who is now officially all Joules’d out!
